Our Specialty Gravity Die & Heat Sinks Castings
We specialize in manufacturing and offering top-grade die-casted heat sinks and castings. These heat sinks have large width and are generally difficult to be drawn or extruded via a cost-effective method. We have the ability to die-cast every type of non-symmetrical heat sinks integrated with covers or enclosures. Our range of castings is supplied in a wide range. These components are developed in fully furnished conditions, using processes of casting with sand cores or metallic cores. The range includes thin walled intricate to thick walled castings. In addition, we also have the resources to develop Insert fitted castings. Since our commencement, we have successfully converted different sand casted products into gravity die casting. This ensures the benefits of brilliant finish, less weight and minimum machining cost. We can also make die cost payback arrangement.
