Product Portfolio
We manufacture and supply a wide assortment of premium quality castings and heat sinks like industrial metal castings, precision metal castings, pressure metal castings, etc., that find extensive usage in host of industries. Our entire gamut is fabricated using qualitative aluminium alloys and others sourced from certified vendors. Our range is categorized as flame proof castings, general casting and heat sink.
In our range of flame proof castings we offer thermocouple head, well glass housing, junction box and push button station housing. We offer gear boxes, motor frames switch handles, counter boxes, breather castings junction box and others that comes under the range of general casting. Our range of heat sink encompasses heat sink and electrical conductive plate.

Our Specialty Gravity Die & Heat Sinks Castings
We specialize in manufacturing and offering top-grade die-casted heat sinks and castings. These heat sinks have large width and are generally difficult to be drawn or extruded via a cost-effective method. We have the ability to die-cast every type of non-symmetrical heat sinks integrated with covers or enclosures.
Our range of castings is supplied in a wide range. These components are developed in fully furnished conditions, using processes of casting with sand cores or metallic cores. The range includes thin walled intricate to thick walled castings. In addition, we also have the resources to develop Insert fitted castings.
Since our commencement, we have successfully converted different sand casted products into gravity die casting. This ensures the benefits of brilliant finish, less weight and minimum machining cost. We can also make die cost payback arrangement. |
Manufacturing Facilities
We have developed infrastructure, where we make use of cutting edge technology to manufacture our gamut of castings and heat sinks as per the requirement of our clients. Our manufacturing unit is spread over a sprawling area of with production capacity of 10 tones. The unit is segregated into different sections such as foundry & machine shop for achieving an effective production process to meet the requirement at stipulated time frame. All the units are facilitated with sophisticated machines that are required for the successful production of desired range. Some of the machines installed in our manufacturing unit are as follows:

Our organization also encloses an in house design unit with CAD / CAM for continuous enhancement of the designs. Moreover, our technical team makes the necessary changes and up-gradations to keep pace with the ever-changing trends and techniques. |
